None of the above, this entire arrangement is about Donald enriching himself. It has zero to do with free speech or uncensored platforms. The reason it’s constructed to allow TMTG shares to be sold on DAY ONE, is so insiders can pump and dump right away. Insiders who believe in the company have no need to be able to sell their shares IMMEDIATELY, they always take restrictions, it helps convey confidence in the plan.
