Proof of Concealment of Discovery Minerals LTD.

I wish to report fraud, I have never received any refund on my coin nor communication.

We are preparing a class action lawsuit on this fraudlent concealment. Which after 6 months the company actualyy now for the first time admits.

I have never received a refund and this is the FIRST TIME since May 11,2021 that Discovery Minerals admits that they have had actually sold a coin.

Note 8 – Subsequent Events

"...In December 2021 the Company entered into an escrow agreement whereby all coin buyers will be refunded their full purchase amount..."

Remember that this company sold $2,538,000 is DSC Coins between the time period og May 11, 2021 and June 30,2021 as proven in the Etherscan report.

On August 18, 2021 Discovery Minerals LTD filed a report with OTC Markets and purposley omitted from disclosure the existient of this coin.
