No link on Amarex , face to face discussion on Cydy matters. TC masterminded the only successful trial in Cydy history, completed mid 2018 for HIV combo and he left the company leadership in last quarter of that year and BOD in January of 2019.

Four years later, Nader has not only Failed to achieve approval he purposely sabotaged the HIV BLA filing per Amarex’s releases email from Nader himself.

Subsequent to January 2019 Nader increased the share count from around 400m to 1 B. Nader consistently “takes credit” for Cydy s financing, which has been hugely dilutive, toxic and extremely favorable to the lender.. Nader can’t do math ( among many other things) asserting that an increase in share count from 800m to 1B WAS NOT 25% LMAO. This may partially explain his inability to acknowledge the dilution he has created. The other explanation is that he is a pathological liar.


There is not one pice of evidence that TC was “fired” or responsible for any nefarious activity throughout an illustrious career, contrary to Nader who has:

“ DREAMCATCHERS” shenanigans with the Feds,
2 felony convictions per company SEC filings,
SEC and DOJ investigations per CYDY SEC filings,
Lost 2 unjust enrichment lawsuits ,
sabotage of the HIV BLA,
sabotage and lost lawsuit with Pestell,
FDA BOMBSHELL letter for false claims about LL,
missed deadlines lies “ Revenue in Philippines next week, and
3 failed CoVID trials.
