Jumped in here with little DD. Just looked around quickly.

Can anyone tell me how they are funding the 240M acquisition?

They just cancelled shares. So I don’t think the deal would involve shares?

Seems hard to believe that they will own 240M in bitcoin and we’re trading at a penny. This was the main reason I bought on a whim.

Can anyone save me a little time digging.
