Two Serious Questions:

(1) How many dispensaries does this company own/operate/possess, beyond a right to do so sometime in the future when the US government allows for SAFE/legalization?

(2) What is the best (reasonable) upside story here?

Caveat: I've seen 1 of 24 as reported for CY '21. And I'm thinking there's no way they get to anything meaningful at thirty-something cents as the current PPS.
