Which reminds me, DD on the “chill”….

the chill has literally become a mountain that is

nothing more than a little “molehill “…. some

facts….

- it was placed in sept of 2014 under previous
mgnt

- only a few trading outlets don’t allow trading in
mdce because of it… (td & 1 other )

- it HAS come off of other tickers (strh) when
mgnt puts in the effort.

- ceo has told us they will announce already
agreed upon merger once chill has lifted, which
is great, but this has created a mental block with
existing and potential investors… who won’t buy
until it comes off (& existing investors who are
selling cause it hasn’t come off fast enough)

- if & when it comes off… AS you can see with
today’s skyrocket price action… MUCH potential
with this low float GEM…
