No need. There's no dilution per OTC updates as I post frequently. They've actually bought up the last series of notes. Falls in line with the reverse merger target after the uplist. I don't see acquisitions here Fwiw. They've advocated and have ongoing research but I believe there's a bigger agenda. The reverse merger provides market access for a large fat cat private company looking for exposure. That explains the buy backs. Acquiring a potential series of acquisitions with 100 million targets isn't attainable without a deleterious financing package. It also contradicts the buy backs. Just doesn't square up given the financials and old fashion sniff test. The reverse merger should be in the paper range of values. So enjoy the ride whenever the ride runs....
