Honestly, I am not for the BBB plan in total as we all know Government programs once started rarely end. In that note the Oil industry is subsidies billions. So if you want a free market you end those and if not at least offer the same to the green H2 business to help get it off the ground until build outs allow the prices to come way down and they are no longer needed due to technology improvements and scale.
