ECAPs got settled for Chump change but got what? A guarantee that if there is an entity after the bk, they will get shares.

If this is the case, why did you and fantastic four go to court and seek to get the same treatment as ECAPS under the parity ruling? You wanted your CT’s settled for chump change? And the “shares in the new entity” that would mean ECAPS would have to get placed in class 12 for that to happen which you literally just said is going to get discharged. Only way they can get settled for chump change and get new shares is through the j shares fully paid cumulative non voting stock which you yourself said is worthless and can’t be issued.
