YES - this B.S. is FALSE:


The article says ( as shown ) the termination of 2 of the 3 awards were terminated due to:
1) The concealment of material information and
2) After knowing the awards were terminated, FCEL continued to omit the information from shareholders, while issuing 186,000 shares
3) Included the terminated awards in their backlog as if it were on-going leading to contracts.

The article did not state any of the above because they could get sued for defamation if they did.
