That's even more funny juxtaposed on your dated link. So this meeting could be happening the day or day before the stock reacted in ways we didn't understand. As they celebrate our stock. Right there, on the time-stamped record. Two differents worlds. So interesing!

Then the COUNTDOWN starting at marker 1:20. THAT'S US. They unveil EVCC on the screen. That's our stock ticker! At least it was back in March.

My guess is some in those meeting started looking it up when they went home and bought at market. But I'm speculating that all of those are non-accredited investors that are investing in the company for a special discounted price. But their hands will be tied for a year with restricted stock to my understanding. And for the next Tranche, if it works like TOGL, the stock will go up from here and new investors will get a discounted offering based on the evidence of our much higher stock price. And on and on.... As they fund the company for global domination! And kick Amazon off it's high pedestal!
