No I believe the loan is $95 Mil at 13%. The $2 Mil is the discount given to the ones who put this financing together.

Can't real say this deal thrills me at all. Before I thought everything was paid for live stock and barrel. The debt was all the financing done for the preferred etc. Now we are paying a lease payment plus with the 95Mil. everything is put up collateral. I dont like what I am seeing. Do we have problems with cash flow covering all these high interest loans?

Not saying sky is falling but certainly dont like being the tenent one bit. The landlord holds the cards make no mistake. Would love some input here
