The problem with the High Court - No Accountability

IMO - The United States need an oversight mechanism of the Supreme Court maybe a higher special Military Court only used for instances where the Supreme;
1. Ignores the Rule of Law
2. Makes up Law out of thin air from the Bench
3. Violates our Constitution

All of this is obstruction of justice that needs to be adjudicated.
