It sounded like from the call if LOFB/BNOW doesn't respond this week VGID may have to go to court to get them to get it done. There was an agreement about the preferred shares but they have to issue them to VGID before they can be sent to each of us who have waited 4 years. Some of this is out of VGID hands.
