Will ya look at that...over a million (1,031,457) Short Exempt Volume yesterday. (Short Exempt volume are the amount of short sales exempted from the uptick rule.) I wonder who is able to do that??? Hmm.

And 7.99% passed thru NYSE and only 1.42% thru IEX; with 67.54% between Off Exchange/CBOE EDGX. Hmm.

Hmmm. It's almost like this is being done on purpose...

Guess we'll find out what happens when it's time to pay the piper.
