That’s how it reads to me, and if that is the case, if the multiple sales hires ( did this really happen?) and all of Lemin staff, and original Kona staff can’t do better than that the co as investment is worthless.

The co rode the wave to .15 on becoming the premiere hemp energy drink. Not a regional distro company. The excitement then ( when I invested) was to compete and follow the path of the energy drink models.

Monsters sales continue to grow and remain massive. Rockster sold for bills. New companies in the ‘performance’ bev sector explode.

Yet look at the Kona Gold Hemp web site. Digital cobwebs. Nothing! Except now talk of a rebrand next year? After letting this, their signature namesake product, languish for 2 years?

Sorry, after so many years of repeated same mistakes , and now diluted x3 from outset, hard to see how this is a viable investment
