I wonder if

$GOED has an internal “black out” period set in place before the end of a quarter or especially this close to their “major” annual shareholder meeting that allows or disallows insider trades to happen ?

I would hate to see non-public material events emerge next week that would be of great benefit to a purchaser of the stock beforehand - especially an “insider”
