Lol! I'd say certain share holders do that one, oblivious to reality. Dance around like all is well with ongoing SEC case they (holders) said would be resolved by now, as well as a CE that would be removed after current (clearly 3 months and holding strong). I'm all for a little gamble, but this gets pushed like it's a sure thing, and the only sure thing is lack of transparency and meeting deadlines. Kinda a big deal... dump $50 in it and forget about it, don't believe the hype certain people push when they have millions of shares and are just waiting to dump on you if it ever gets another pump.
