From my understanding of what I've read from Joe and what I've found online, it seems like the original plan was to IPO in 2021. Obviously that didn't happen for some reason, and so now that they are going with a shell RM it could easily end up being later than 2021 as they have different steps to do to make it happen than they anticipated.
