I agree, dilution is the problem, but also, those loans were used for expansion. Without those loans RXMD wouldn't have 5 locations and a new headquarters setup for centralized customer service and distribution, or expansion to technology services. And RXMD wouldn't have $40M revenue and positive earnings.
