One has to remember that air rifles do not have the range or power of a powder driven projectile but some can be used at 100 yds. Most are PCP but they requires either a hand pump which I understand can quite a while and effort to use or compressed air from a tank or compressor. I opted for the compressor and have two tanks for portability.
