In the end BioAmber was liquidated under court order and court supervision. BioAmber was liquidated and it’s assets were purchased by LCYB for $4.34 mil. Those assets comprised All of BioAmbers assets save and except for the cash, AR, Inventory and some office furniture in MN. LCYB also did not wish to have the contracts assigned which meant some IP being leased from third parties by BioAmber were not transferred as well. Calling it a “liquidation scenario” does not change the fact that at the end of it BioAmber was Liquidated
