Information is key and a lot of money can be lost in the trips. Sell the news if you intend to obtain a position from which to flip in my opinion. There are potential catalysts coming. None of which will last long with the conversions in place and the volume of hopeful flippers. Look at the PR history, plenty of letter of intent press releases that didn't go any where. Releases for refinancing which simply makes the debt more expensive and temporarily kicks some debt down the road while obtaining more debt from which to operate. The coming purchase agreement for the current facility with so called off "balance sheet" investors. A whole history of BS about really a single treatment center entity to sell shares that never has delivered any shareholder value. Trading losses over the years has been huge.
