Hey P2D,
Now this is just a guess so please don't quote me on this. I'm thinking that possibly as our accountant was digging through reports (auditing which is a requirement to tier up) to tier up to the QB they may have found shares that belonged to the company we took over.

I can't think of any other reason that someone would be digging around going thru financials. That's just my opinion though. That will be a great question for Adam when we have the shareholder conference.
