So basically Leo's hands are tied as far as his 30 mil shares are concerned, because he knows if he sells, investors will bail, Catch 22.

But, along comes a new investor, gives him a golden parachute, bonus, bar mitzvahs for the kids, maybe a job. The PPS will rocket with news of the merger, Leo cashes in 30 mil, rides off into the sunset, and maybe I will too.
