Toogood how can it be LEHMAN BROTHERS holdings inc when the intellectual property “LEHMAN BROTHERS” is owned by Barclays??????????????

Barclays can only put less than 50 percent of total value.

Barclays says they have a strategy that includes former U.S Lehman Brothers OPERATIONS. That is LBHI!!! Less than 50% of the value can simply just be all of the Former intellectual property and possible some cash! What difference does that make to anything???
