I'm pretty sure. Shorting isn't really done in the OTC by retail traders and almost certainly wouldn't be done here at these prices. I think my calculations on the average price of the shares issued is why the PPS is where it's at. I'm hoping along with everybody else that this week will see some buying pressure and the relentless seller will back off.
