It's a moving target and tricky to hit

I expect its trajectory and speed to change rapidly once it is launched. It should triple right away and then stall and bobble before resuming its flight whether skyward or back to earth

It is at this point that a decision as to a reasonable target price might be conjured.

But to put a number on a chimera I would say temporarly three dollars after a successfully promoted launch but maintaining a cautious holding position while awaiting the next indication of direction.

Keeping in mind that eventually Capstone will be a disaster.
