TOOGOOD THERE WERE PLANS ALREADY SET IN PLACE TO SPIN OFF LEHMAN BROTHERS. NEW CEO OF BARCLAYS SAID SO AND SAID THEY WILL BUILD OFF OF THAT PLAN set in place by previous ceo!!!!!!! IT IS ALREADY IN THE WORKS! IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE BY NOW BUT COVID PUSHED EVERYTHING BACK 1-2 YEARS!!
