I'm curious what prompted Fintel to go from US:BIOA a few moths ago to FR:BIOA within the last few days??? Could it be that without the (FR)ench Sales Order the only assets being sold were the US Assets? I mean thats what the documents filed in US Court show. I guess when they said in Court it was a complex restructuring they meant it!!
