It was oversold because of the fear created about this offering leaking billions of shares added immediately to the outstanding. Instead doing some research I found: AFTER the offering, the securities become freely tradable. At the time the offering is over Glen has to z file a report. Then the investors can freely trade (the offering can last up to a year). In the meantime, Glen’s plans should be presented over the next couple of months for us and to convince investors to buy shares in the upcoming offering. This should be an easy climb back up to at least a 1/2 a penny during the next couple of months - easy hold.
