Not 100 percent sure but this is a prearranged purchase just like prior transaction. Here’s another guess. Because Halo is part of an index, that has been putting selling pressure on the stock because of its small float as the funds rebalance. This would explain why the stock has been acting so poorly in relation to the results. Remember the run up when this was announced. Now you are seeing the downside of being in an index.
