If it's Williams III why would he be the ceo? And not the registered agent? You do know what a registered agent does right? It would make way more sense for him to hold that role since the business is his son's name. Have you ever heard of a company where dad names the business his sons name and runs it, and not the son? Who is grown enough to actually do it. Your point would be somewhat valid if it was just williams but it's not.
