Boxsterfan...I feel Judge Albright is giving both sides more time to hash out a settlement, we also have the holidays and work load facing the system. We all know from court documents that neither side wishes to pursue a trial and it would seem at this point that if a settlement is not announced soon that Judge Albright will refuse Intel's request to dismiss which throws this case right into trial which neither party wants.

It appears this case is far larger than many of us had thought and it seems strange that HDC has never had an actual product yet could be sitting on a $800k plus settlement yet where is that crunch line?

As for sealing the case from public view? I don't see that until after Judge Albright refuses dismissal. So since he hasn't made that known that tells me settlement actions in progress.
