IMO anyone who looked into stock would see the changes already taking place. Right now "buyback" in shares would go a long way to create stability and show management on board. Was going to load up at .025 but now waiting until .015-.017. If good news causes it to drop and more PR'S coming might as well wait, unless of cause buyback news.
