Yep,

Now compare the 100M preferred shares and look at what it says about new entities (or how new entities) would enter the relationship per the articles.

Bugs me that anyone would sell, just looking at the reporting, but as Money says - paper hands, I think must be a result of not having done their own DD.

I wish "they" would just finish up website (complete stage II), but suspect that gives away the final piece - who and where.

Also on another note, would I be wrong in saying after last day of Dec EVERY YEAR (according to Yahoo) that first day in January (new year) that BLPG ALWAYS jumps up?? Why would anyone sell right now is beyond me?
