The simple answer is both fluids work onshore and offshore, the only difference being the amount of fluid needed because the wells offshore require greater volumes of fluid. Grieco and Emmons seem to have solved that problem (volume) with the new generator announced.

And what makes you say that we should be International this year?
I have been sowing the seeds of PCTL/DOGT advances wherever I go and the positive feedback has been very encouraging. If the report (data) backs up what I have read in the PR's and tweets, IOC's and NOC's will be knocking on the door once the news is out.

PCTL/DOGT are a smaller reporting company and as such have not garnered the attention of the larger E&P community yet. In my view, that is fixing to change in a big way. And now that the company has the financial backing to get it done, I would expect to see some very nice growth in 2022 and beyond.
