Full Disclosure. I've owned shares since Sept 2018 - Averaged down to a $4 value. My plan was to always to sell upon a takeover. The management and BOD are very experienced with that strategy and I believe that still is the end play.

Management hold too many shares to trade. They are also pretty close to retirement age, if not retired. Their only exit plan would be a takeover.

Time will tell.
