I will be very surprised to see any dilution. Wont be long and we will see. Its a safe bet there wont be any. Just tax loss sales for now causing the low PPS that will most likely roar back to a dollar plus soon after the first of the year. Now is the time to accumulate in my opinion. We will most likely see what the RS was all about in the beginning of new year.
