Read the last 8-k carefully...

...no mention of Total (or Kosmos), because they can't mention Total because even with the litigation over with, the gag order must still be in play.

That 8-k proves to me that ERHC is communicating anything and everything it can without violating the gag order. The last 8-k carefully tip toes around the gag order rules...and squeaks what little that ERHC is permitted to talk about out to the public.

The SEC Division still did not address the gag order in its April motion. It addressed only the end to the litigation. It is likely that ERHC responded to this motion by referencing the gag order, but only under seal so that the response is not public.

Believe me, this thing would've been revoked months ago otherwise.
