Since AVVH/GQC is a empty shell - where is the capital coming from to finance the real estate project?

How can a empty shell that can't hire anyone finance a GQG real estate project - some seem to believe that GQG is going to give GQC assets/Capital and then GQC is going to lend GQG their money to fund the real estate project. That will never happen and no one has posted how GQC is going to obtain capital for lending that is reality based and not pinkyland wishful thinking.
