Thanks for making my point. Shumer's been sitting on this alot longer than your article when he said "hopefully" by this time next year. They been working on it since they took control of all branches. All talk no action. Safe Act would have passed easy in the NDAA, but Shumer didn't alow it in. The Committee wanted it in, but said they had to go with the Democratic Majority Leader Shumer and what he wanted and he wanted it out. He had a chance to prove he wants a safe environment to do business and minority owners to get better/cheaper loans. 8 years of House passed Safe Banking Act and still waiting.
