That's the price paid for tax-loss season, sadly. Many of those buyers in the dub-30's, 40's, and 50's during the run-up are giving up now - at exactly the wrong moment, of course, but that's beside the point - and doing the "Duke Puke 'Em Mambo".

The good news is they'll all be back chasing and bringing several hundred of their closest friends when Harry pulls the rabbit.
