I agree with you. It's still dilution whether they sell or not... but I agree that just getting the shares doesn't mean they'd unload them onto the market, and certainly not right away.

Either way, I don't really care what they do with them, I just look at the total outstanding and market cap. With those shares, we'd have about a billion here... A year or two ago, we were looking like we were going to be at 2 billion shares, and so this is.. nothing.

Despite all the delays and setbacks and missed projections, Gary reduced this from what could have been 2 billion shares with no money, to 1 Billion outstanding (potentially) for over $4 million. Whatever he has done wrong ( I was never a fan of the podcasts he did, for instance)... the recent moves cover any wrongs or imperfections from before. We are in a position to succeed and shareholders were minimally diluted to get there. Not bad when you go through years of hiring, delats, R&D, and not making profits.

Frankly, a big lender having a lot of shares is good for 'believers' because if and when they ever sell those, it will provide a discount for anyone who wishes to buy more. I hope that when the time comes, I'll have some funds available as I'd love to load up!
