The second item in the list of Active Disclosure items at the following link was published on 11/09/2021 and described as "Management Discussion and Analysis - Management Discussion and Analysis" with the PERIOD END DATE of 09/30/2021.

Unfortunately for the Chief Dimwit the 11 page document , which appears at
https://www.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/310221/content ,
doesn't include anything that happened during the quarter ended 9/30/21. That's because it is actually Management's Discussion and Analysis of the quarter ended 6/30/21.

He's not just deceptive. He can be dopey, too.
