They've been planning this for quite some time. In an interview in 2019 the CEO said they were looking at "options" to become a publicly traded company. This is the culmination of those efforts. They're certainly not going to drop the ball now. I don't mind waiting however long it takes but I suspect we will be getting that big first PR soon.
