It seems like David Chong is actively involved in quickly bringing this to a closed deal, per the most recent tweet today. If this is marching fast to a close by 12/31/21, then I think there’s a possibility they 8-k that mammoth event, not the LOI on Monday. On officially closed news, one would think they’ll put out a PR too from BusinessWire, GlobeNewswire or PR Newswire. David Chong tweets as well. If this is correct, there’s approximately 3-weeks left to accumulate! Maybe no LOI 8-k is a lucky break! I’m adding more, Santa may be coming back between 12/27 & 12/31
