While they never named the acquisition target, It was clearly Implied on the Twatter Handle in October the Deal Was Done and They left Crumbs to Imply BW Was The UnNamed Exchange.

Three Weeks Later They Clarified Deal Was Only An LOI.

I Think That's Called The Bait and Switch ...

And You Question Why I have Little Faith in this deal closing On Christmas Day [ Or Any Day for That Matter ] as People are Presuming.

This Deal Is Turning into Another VirtuaBroker Acqusition and Let the Market Infer Something From Vauge Tweets and PR's IMVHO.

As we previously reported, the two sides agreed to terms yesterday and today, the documents were signed by both parties. The formal closing is expected within a week. This deal is a game changer for NSAV and all of its shareholders.
