I believe that someone needs to debunk the negative claims made against the company. For example they did buy land that included the town of Nipton for $5 million dollars, then sold it for $7.7 million making 2.7 million profit. However, they hadn't given up on the dream. Included in the sale was the provision that it continue with its project to transform the 80-acre town on the edge of the Mojave Desert into a cannabis-themed resort.
