I think we're being very optimistic believing the OS count that OTC Markets is showing is accurate. ICOA already reported one of the deals has closed. How did they finance that without adding restricted shares like they claimed? We haven't seen any concrete details about how these deals are being financed. You don't see over a billion in volume in less than a week with little price movement for kicks and giggles. There's something funny going on with this one, anyone who can't see it is absolutely blind.
